I spoke to a man around 2pm one day requesting product information. Well he hung up on me. When I called back he claimed “he couldn’t hear me”... so you hung up instead of asking me to speak up or if I had a good signal? Wth?! So I decided to journey up around 6:30 that night knowing they didn’t close until 9pm. Yes there was a snow storm that stopped earlier in the day but the roads were not the greatest but not Armageddon either! I drove an hour to get there, pull up to find lights off and door locked, at 7:30pm. A whole hour and a half early from what their door decal said for hours. No notes or signs left on the doors saying they closed early. I wasn’t notified when I called earlier in the day for an early close. And they didn’t leave an updated message stating they closed early on the answering machine. I was PISSED. I left a voicemail right then and said I journeyed all the way up to be disappointed like that!? No heads up, not even a letter on the damn doors apologizing for closing early. I got a call back from some lady the next day, she left a voicemail as I can’t answer Personal calls while at work. She was chuckling on the phone saying “we had a snow storm so we decided to close our vestal store early”. We had a snow storm? YOU DONT SAY!?... did you think I drove up to your store blindfolded!? I know there was a snow storm... were the roads bad!? NO! And when I left the voicemail I said I know there was a storm but the fact they didn’t leave a notice is unprofessional. Clearly they don’t give a rats —- about customer service even when given the chance to make it right.
